Interesting how camera phones are changing how we view video content on snapchat, etc. and also because so many people have camera phones, breaking news, etc. That is to say, we view it vertically versus horizontally. As much as 90% of the video content we see is vertical. And it changes how we we see things, people, such as not just a close-up of their face, but we see their hands/body language too at the same time. It’s more like the framing of portrait paintings from centuries ago. There is already a vertical film festival
